xfwm on cygwin

 Hi,
    I have compiled the latest xfce for cygwin with pointers from
Paul Warren. xfwm runs fine and fast.
when I restart xfwm another instance of xfce is started. This is the only problem. As I dont use xfce it is ok.

I have attached a snapshot of this stuff.
XWin.exe is a xserver for windows.
