auto minimize panel?..:)

Hi!

I'd like to ask for your help please. I use xfce-cvs because of the
great new taskbar (which autostarts etc :). Now with this i don't need
an xfce panel anymore I think. Is it possible to disable it by deafult
but let the (standalone) taskbar run automatically? When starting xfce
i'd like to see only the taskbar, gkrellm, and an xfpager on my desktop.
Is there a way to manage it?
