Taskbar question

I've just update, via CVS, to 3.8.18, and I love the new taskbar.  Just one
question:

Is there a way to disable the icons I get when I minimize an application? 
Now that I've got the taskbar to use, I don't need the icons of minimized
applications collecting on my desktop.

Again, I have to thank all the folks that make XFCE possible.  It's still
the best window manager/desktop interface I've ever used.  Keep up the
great work! :-)
