gtk2 themes?

Hi!

I found a 'XFCE engine for GTK 2.0.' on freashmeat net at:

I've dwnloaded it, compiled&installed it but not sure how i can get it
work or what exactly it is? On the screenshot on freshmeat i can see
widgets i cannot use on my box (window border buttons, ruler, etc). I
haven't found info on the url mention there. Can somebody tell me what
is this exactly and how can i use it with xfce cvs snapshot?..:)
