Icon Margin?

Hello all,

Is it possible to set an icon margin, like 'Margin {top,left,...}' for maximized windows?

I have my taskbar at the top of my screen, so the first icon is always partially hidden by the taskbar. I know, I can drag it to a new position, but it is quite annyoing, and it is useless, when you are calling 'arrange icons'.

I have found nothing in the documentation, except the (known) settings for grid and spacing, which are no help in this case.
