How to remap ctrl-alt-del?

Kevin,

All keyboard shortcuts can be redifined using ~/.xfce/xfwmrc

(note if you don't have ~/.xfce/xfwmrc, simply cp /etc/X11/xfce/xfwm4rc
to ~/.xfce/xfwmrc)

Comment out the line that removes the ctrl+alt+del shortcut
