Mouse control

I tried using the mouse setup tool on the xfce panel, but I find that
even the fastest (29) and 2 on the threshold, isn't really all that
fast.

I like this setting with xset `xset m 14 2.5'

How can I specify that in xfwmrc.  The `Advanced' section of docs
doesn't cover it.

Currently I've just set a key combo to set it
   Key x   A CS Exec xset m 14 2.5

Better to put it into xfwmrc, but the syntax eludes me.
