	Rich, there's the problem.  You need to have this installed in 
order to have XFce recognize jpegs.  Install the 
gdk-pixbuf-0.14.0-8.i386.rpm and rebuild Xfce.  You'll be set then.  (You 
may need to adjust the version for gdk-pixbuf as this is the one on my 7.3 
system and I don't remember what version you're running.  FWIW, I have a 
mirror of the RH updates at ftp.webtrek.com/pub/mirrors/redhat/updates, 
just remember to not use PASV ftp).
