Turning on 3D buttons

  I modifed the xfce.spec file by adding the configure switch,
--enable-old-style, then I rebuilt the binary and forced the upgrade over
the existing 3.8.16.

  But, it's been long enough since 3.7.1 (the last version I was using) that
I don't recall what to change in what is now ~/.xfce/xfwmrc. I had changed
BitmapButtons to 'On', should that be 'No'?

  While I'm on the topic, what do I need to change there so the desktop
buttons in the panel are once again different colors?
