The only member that was in ca-ES team is already a member of ca.<br>
What's the benefit of adding "ca@valencia" team? Wouldn't it
likewise cause an effort duplication?<br>
If the strings are to be the same, then I guess it should be
handled by our script that takes care of transifex
synchronization.<br>

@vinz please let me know if there was a valid reason to that
locale, so I may undo its removal.<br>
I hope you are double-checking with requesters why they wish to
add a language variant, I mean if it is indeed necessary (ask for
references) or they just didn't find the correct language team.<br>
