[Xfce-i18n] ANNOUNCEMENT: new Xfce translation support & communications channel

[Kevin Bowen]

Xfce is pleased to announce a new Matrix channel to support translators,
communication between language teams, and the onboarding of new translators.

https://matrix.to/#/#xfce-translation:matrix.org

If you haven't previously signed in to a Matrix channel, the Matrix landing
page will helpfully provide you with a list of suggested clients to use if
you don't already have one installed.

We've also updated a couple translation resources:

- https://wiki.xfce.org/translations/ (Main Xfce translation resource page)
- https://wiki.xfce.org/teams/ (list of Transifex language teams and wiki.xfce.org team pages)

We strongly encourage the use of our #xfce-translation Matrix channel as the
primary means of communicating with the Xfce team and other translators.

We look forward to seeing you on the #xfce-translation channel!

Thanks,
Kevin Bowen
