[Xfce-i18n] Use "Application Finder" instead of "xfce4-appfinder" in tour pages

Doing that change for the 4.20 tour possibly I was a bit biased by my
programmers POV.

I felt that using the real application names, like you type then in the
terminal would be a better fit (I actually never heared about some of
the translated names :D)

How do others of you think about it ?

If a majority of you prefers having headings like in the old tour
(https://www.xfce.org/about/tour418), I can do that change .. afaik
transifex will reuse the previous translations in that case.
