[Xfce-i18n] xfce4-terminal: Initial Portuguese translation of manpage

A kind Debian user translated xfce4-terminal(1) and put it out in the
Debian BTS[1] a couple of years ago. I replied with instructions. The
thing is I don't see the man page strings being translatable. Please
look into this and help if needed once they reply to this email.
