[Xfce-i18n] power-manager-settings in italian

Ciao,

Non sono convinto dell'uso del voto perché non arrivano le notifiche per 
chi segue il progetto. Ho scelto il suggerimento come stringa 
localizzata al posto della mia, se ti va di dare una mano posso metterti 
come "Revisore" per modificare e aggiornare le stringhe nei progetti Xfce.

C'è anche la pagina Wiki del team di traduzione (aka per il momento solo 
io), è un po' vecchia ma non ci sono molte novità:
