[Xfce-i18n] xfdashboard is almost untranslated

Thanks for pointing that out, I pushed this resource just to check how it
would appear in Xfce's transifex organization.
The problem is that I completely forgot translators would start to work on
this, sorry about that, this resource has been deleted to avoid any
confusion.
