[Xfce-i18n] Thunar problem

Hi.

%u was also used only at msgid_plural, thats why i left it out in [0] and
[1] translations. I changed line 233. Let see if it works.
Plural forms are defined correctly. I also changed Project-Id-Version to
4.14.
