[Xfce-i18n] Changing the last translator in the po files

Does anyone know if there is a reason for moving the translation file 
headers by removing the last translator's name?

-"Last-Translator: *******"
+"Last-Translator: Xfce Bot <transifex at xfce.org>\n"
