[Xfce-i18n] master, xfce-4-12, and xfce-4-14 ressources on Transifex

Yes and no.
Transifex supposedly syncs translations between branches (resources) when a
translation was already made and the resource missing that translation is
updated, they call it "Translation Memory Autofill"[1].
So my guess is that it's possible to focus on master but from time to time
check the other branches.
