[Xfce-i18n] Script to test latest translations from Transifex in Xfce (maybe Xubuntu 19.04)

I made https://github.com/scootergrisen/xfce-latest-translations to help 
download the po files from Transifex, rename them so they match the 
files in Xubuntu, share folder in VirtualBox and import then to 
/usr/share...

At leat it works a little but there is the problem with the software 
version might not match the translation version. But better then nothing 
for me at least i am able to test and improve some stuff.

Hopefully some of you other people have idea to improve it.
