[Xfce-i18n] Possible bug in translation-system

In the last week i have recieved numerous emails complaining about an error
in one of the .po files for thunar-vcs-plugin. The email is titled:
*[Xfce] Msgfmt failed for thunar-plugins.thunar-vcs-plugin *and the content
is:

Hi,

This is an automatically generated message from the Xfce Transifex bot.
Please do not reply to this message, but use the xfce-i18n mailing list
if you don't know what to do.

Commit of the by you modified translation was not successfull.

msgfmt --check, reported the following issue:

po/nb.po.new:972: format specifications in 'msgid' and 'msgstr' for
argument 1 are not the same
msgfmt: found 1 fatal error
====

Please resolve this issue at transifex.com; for now your translation will
be skipped.

I have not commited the translation in question, and in fact have not
comitted anything to this branch for a month or so. I therefore belive that
this is pherhaps a bug.
