[Xfce-i18n] initial default value in two po files

Can someone fix the headers of the po files on Transifex in:
xfce-panel-plugins.xfce4-sample-plugin
xfce-panel-plugins.xfce4-statusnotifier-plugin

They have lines like:
# FIRST AUTHOR <EMAIL at ADDRESS>, YEAR.
#, fuzzy
"Project-Id-Version: PACKAGE VERSION\n"
"PO-Revision-Date: YEAR-MO-DA HO:MI+ZONE\n"

Which msgfmt command complains about when checking the files.
