[Xfce-i18n] xfce4-weather-plugin seems to be missing fuzzy flags

It seems some strings in xfce4-weather-plugin that have not been 
translated do not have a fuzzy so they appear as translated even though 
they are empty. At least in the danish translation.

Maybe someone could check to see if this is a problem with the source 
and update the translations acordingly so add the fuzzy flag or what 
ever needs to be done.
