[Xfce-i18n] Translator for spanish and spanish(mexican)

Hola.

So far i can see new strings in transifex at writting time (now knowing my
bad luck sure you will find new strings), so now we just try to make the
spanish version as nutral as possible to prevent duplication of efforts
with unnesesary regional variants.
