[Xfce-i18n] Hello to the list

Hi all,
I am Zamir from China, a xfce and Fedora user. I've been involved in
Open Source for some years now. I've been helping with translation of
Fedora for some time. Recently I've found a bug as
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12927 and I find Xfce
bugzilla do not have the component of 'translation', so I am here to
see if someone can fix it, or I can request the permission and submit
my fix in transifex.
