Well, msgfmt -vc thunar-plugins_thunar-vcs-plugin_he.po -o 
thunar-vcs-plugin_he.mo responds with:

msgfmt: found 1 fatal error
320 translated messages.

So, on line 963 we have this error:

Original variable is %ld and the translated one is %Id, lowercase-l 
versus uppercase-I. Interesting.

Reminds me on choosing thoroughly which font to use in my editors...  ;-)
