[Xfce-i18n] Asturian language needs coordinator on Transifex

Hello everyone.

I'm a member of Softastur, (an association which translates and spreads the
free software in asturian language),  and my username in Transifex is
Llumex03.

I request to be the coordinator or reviewer of XFCE in Transifex, because
in Softastur we use the Asturian standart gramatic and a glossary to ensure
the quiality of our translations.
