[Xfce-i18n] At 16:15 gtm+0300 translations are gone

I don't know if this is an intentional change (or cosmetic bug?) or if I
once again silently got more power, but I'm seeing accept/reject buttons in
other languages than the one I coordinate and (from the looks of it) it
seems like I can coordinate them.
Didn't dare to try it,
