[Xfce-i18n] Translations upload already in 100%

Actually I do tweaks to already 100% translations in spanish but I noticed
that translation at 100% generally aren't updated to the server
one example is parole, I noticed use of pre-2010 ortografic and is at 100%
son I do the fix beffore 0.5.90 but the updated po never was updates.
That is intentional or is a problem? I want fix problem after next release
but look like if the already 100% releases aren't updated never again.

maybe any can contact nick to tweak the cronjob for updated all released
even if are 100%??
