[Xfce-i18n] FYI about Tx: You souldn't add any comments in .po files

Hi all,

If you add some comments in the po files for you or the other translators
(e.g. text inputted in 'Comment' pane of poedit), or there are existing 
comments, these will be remobed by Tx.
