[Xfce-i18n] Considering moving to transifex.com

I think I have a problem. You already accepted me as member of 'Portuguese
(Brazil)' team but I still can't translate (tried as a test). Reason: I
need to be a member of member of the team -- which I am, as I said.
Username 'rafaelff1'.

Any clues?
