Only local timezone is used, as known from the previous versions, and
the plugin doesn't work well with other timezones. It doesn't support
timezone calculations yet, and even though I had most code in place and
everything working except the forecast tab (daytimes), I found it too
hard and too messy to do using the current implementation. Therefore,
the next version will depend on glib-2.26 which provides functions for
time and date calculations, which hopefully will make that stuff a lot
easier. This implies another rewrite and lots of testing.
