[Xfce-i18n] New release of Orage soon

simply before so the release take the translation from transifex throw
transifex-client manualy and upload manually those to git.xfce4.org and
when you finish do the release.

This is because a translation at 100% isn't updated anymore even if one
change string later (in transifex) for that.
