[Xfce-i18n] FYI about Tx; obsolete strings marked by gettext are removed by Tx

This is true. However they are stored in Transifex's Translation
Memory (with a lot of meta-data about them and fuzzy matching instead
of just 100% matching, so they are available in the future.
