[Xfce-i18n] Suggestion to show packages on the transifex intro page

Append an online documents category in
https://translations.xfce.org/languages/*  --- Then translators can
translate the online docs directly, then someone like Nick enable the
language, just like the method we do with www-xfce-org.

This burdens Nick？
