[Xfce-i18n] A new string in ristretto 0.3.x

Hi,

In commit  fc1309f4d0a84a9c8f5f2e6804d316c3cc85a9bd [0] I have made a
difference between delete from disk (<shift>delete), and move to trash
(delete).

This difference is also correctly explained in the message-dialogs now.

Unfortunately, it means I had to add a new string to the ristretto
stable branch.
