[Xfce-i18n] not usable translations

Hello, eg. xfce-panel-plugins there are 27 new untranslated strings, i
go to that page and see:

for translation available only one(which has 27 untranslated strings)
so i have to view all to find that untranslated. all these plugins are
obsolete and it's impossible to translate them. my suggestion:
hide/delete/mark such projects so that translators which can't
translate them, won't see them...
