[Xfce-i18n] xfce4-weather-plugin-0.8.2 release postponed

Yes, of course, I've certainly made a mistake here. Thanks for spotting 
this.

I've corrected it with 
http://git.xfce.org/panel-plugins/xfce4-weather-plugin/commit/?id=748e93e998f129b1eebe3d7dfea64e7e29b35367.

Am I right will not be necessary to update the po files for this? "Light 
rain with thunder" is used twice now, so it should get translated 
despite the change. That means people who sent in their finished 
translations won't have to do anything.
