[Xfce-i18n] Translations are not being updated by Transifex

Uploads work, the online editor doesn't.

Affects multiple components (at least lubxfce4ui and xfce4-panel) and
users (at least 3 from the German team).

Maybe it sounds funny, but what browser are you using, Jakob? I am using
Firefox 11.
