[Xfce-i18n] If '%1' is 3, what can I substitute '%1' to make it be displayed as 2?

well ... is there uses expression like "15分前 %1 点" ??

I don't know about Chinese and Chinese Simple.
Korean and Japanese uses like that expression.
(because Korean and Japanese grammar is similar.)
