[Xfce-i18n] Introducing myself

Hello folks,

I'm Sebastian, from Argentina. I just decided to contribute a bit on XFCE
translations to Spanish. I've been using XFCE for a while now, and I'm happy
with it, So I Thought it would be nice to help in whatever I can.
