[Xfce-i18n] Translation of Master

Pjotr,

A good way of doing the translation is to do it through po files. Your 
editor still is better than Lotte in Transifex.

If you combine it with the tools from here, which will make logical 
checks for your translation https://launchpad.net/pyg3t
