[Xfce-i18n] Translating Xfce Foundation e.V.'s Articles of Association

Hey list,

i am going to translate some chapters this afternoon, is there a list of people are working on which chapter right now, so we don't translate some chapters twice by mistake?

Should i add to the regarding chapters something like 'currently under translation by somename'?
