FYI, the project is availble at the following URL:
https://translations.xfce.org/projects/p/www-xfce-org/c/master/

There you'll be able to download the "pot" file, from it you'll be
able to generate a po file where to put your translations, and finally
add it as a new translation.

If you are unsure how to get started with an initial po file from the
pot file check this wiki page:
http://wiki.xfce.org/translations/new_language
