[Xfce-i18n] String added to xfdesktop in xfce-4.8 branch

Hi everyone!

while fixing a bug related to the trash today I had to add 1 new string
to xfdesktop ("Could not empty the trash"). I'm sorry for that but it
was necessary. Please translate it, as tomorrow or maybe on Monday we
are going to release a bugfix release (xfdesktop 4.8.1) and it would be
cool to have this string picked up by as many languages as possible
before that.
