[Xfce-i18n] Translation of documentation

Hello.
I'm currently reviewing and completing the Xfce translation to
Brazilian Portuguese.
I use Debian unstable and have Xfce 4.8.0 installed.
Although the docs are available for translation and some of its
components are translated to pt_BR, when I click on the 'Help' button
the docs index page says:
"As a limitation to HTML only the English versions of the manuals are
linked below."
I suppose this isn't a Debian specific limitation, so should we
translate the master-docs components or not? Are the localized docs
going to be available/accessible someday?
