[Xfce-i18n] Fix to Swedish translation of xfce4-weather-plugin

Hi,

I have an update to the Swedish translation of xfce4-weather-plugin (the 
word "Fair" should be translated "Klart", not "Måttligt"). How do I 
contribute with such a small fix? I have no developer account and joined 
this list just for this issue. Could someone who have access to the 
source forward the update?
