[Xfce-i18n] Xfdesktop translation strings

Dear translators,

It turned out the xml interface files in xfdesktop were never
translatable because the strings were not pulled in to the po(t) files
(doh!). I've just fixed this, but as you will see on
translations.xfce.org, a lot of strings are fuzzy or untranslated.
To give you a start: I've merged the 4.6 strings that matched in the
master po files, so it's a little less painful.
