[Xfce-i18n] Error on submit changes to Transifex

Hi,

Tried to submit my first translation changes using Transifex.
Unfortunately Transifex gives me the error message: "Sorry, your file
could not be sent because of an error."
The error is displayed when submitting an updated po file.

Need some assistance to find out what the real error is.
The nb.po file I was working on was
