[Xfce-i18n] Update on the task manager

Hi translators,

As you might have noticed, the task manager is currently in beta state
and I'm letting you know I updated messages ;-) Right now there are
new settings and a tooltip for a status icon. These changes are now
fixed and no new messages should get changed or added until the next
release. The after next release will see some changes again!
