[Xfce-i18n] Asturian language issue: Some applications appears in english

I noticed something similar when Xubuntu 9.10 came out. I think xfce
settings GUI was different from that of our final release: each
setting item opened itself in the same settings window, instead of
opening a new window. Not sure, though.
